Fastest Way to Reverse Leaf Yellowing — Straight Through the Leaf

Your tree's leaves don't turn yellow for no reason — it's iron deficiency, and it's already costing you canopy health. TrueNute TrueTree Iron Chelate DTPA 11% is formulated for foliar application — spraying 11% highly bioavailable chelated iron directly onto leaf tissue for the fastest possible correction of interveinal chlorosis on maples, citrus, fruit trees, ornamentals, and bushes.

Foliar spraying bypasses the soil entirely, so there's no waiting on root uptake and no risk of soil pH or drainage issues slowing things down. Built on DTPA chelation technology, TrueTree stays stable in the tank mix and absorbs directly through the leaf surface — visible greening on new growth in days, not weeks.

Why Growers Spray TrueTree DTPA 11%

  • Fastest Visible Correction — Foliar application delivers iron directly to the leaf, skipping root uptake delays entirely. See new growth start greening within days of spraying.
  • Bypasses Soil Problems — Compacted soil, poor drainage, root stress, or inconsistent watering won't block a foliar application the way they block a drench.
  • Built for Trees and Bushes Specifically — Formulated and dosed for woody ornamentals, maples, citrus, and fruit trees — not a diluted all-purpose blend.
  • Tank-Mix Stable — DTPA chelation holds up in spray solution without breaking down or precipitating out before it hits the leaf.
  • Resealable Bag Packaging — Keeps humidity and contaminants out so potency doesn't degrade in your shed between applications.
  • No Harvest Restrictions — Safe for use up to harvest on fruit-bearing trees.

The Cost of Waiting

Iron chlorosis doesn't fix itself. Left untreated, new growth stays stunted and pale, older leaves follow, and by the time you notice branch dieback the tree has been iron-starved for a full growing season. A foliar spray timed to the next flush of new growth is the fastest window you have to correct it — miss it, and you're waiting on the next growth cycle to try again.

How to Use

Foliar Spray (Recommended): Mix per label directions and spray directly onto leaf surfaces, covering both top and underside for maximum absorption. Apply to active new growth — early morning or evening application (out of direct midday sun) gets the best uptake and avoids leaf burn. Repeat per label interval until new growth greens up.

Soil Drench: Can also be applied to the root zone / drip line for supplemental, longer-term correction alongside your foliar program.

Always follow label guidelines for tree size and spray coverage. Questions on dosing for your specific system? Contact our support team.

Is TrueTree DTPA 11% Right for Your Spray Program?

DTPA is the right call for spray water and soil conditions in the 5.5–7.5 pH range — what most home landscapes and orchards are working with. If your irrigation or tank water runs more alkaline (above pH 7.5, especially up to 9.0+), our TrueNute EDDHA 6% formula is the better fit — it holds iron soluble and tank-stable in conditions where DTPA starts to break down.

Order TrueNute TrueTree Iron Chelate DTPA 11% today and get a spray on the next flush of new growth — before this season's chlorosis becomes next season's dieback.
